Welcome to De Montfort University Students’ Union reception. As your first point of call, Kate & Sally are here to help and answer your queries. We are located on the first floor, of the Campus Centre Building.
Lost Property
Lost any personal belongings? Head to reception where all lost property found in the Students’ Union is handed in.
Post
Missed the Post Office? Bring your mail to us, we will weigh it, frank it and send your letters and parcels to anywhere within the UK and abroad.
Advance Tickets
Fancy a night out in the SU? Get your advance tickets here on reception for less than on the door:-
Every Thursday - KINKY - £2.50 advance, more on the door.
Every Saturday - CHEESE - £3.00 advance, more on the door.
Summer Ball, Graduate Ball and Winter Ball tickets are also available from Reception at the time of the event.
Tickets are also sold from here for events arranged through sports teams or societies so keep your eyes peeled and be sure to get your ticket.
Once an advance ticket has been purchased, it is your responsibility to attend the event. It is not policy for DSU to provide refunds, after any advance ticket purchase.
Petty Cash
For Petty Cash below the value of £50, this can be collected from Reception as long as you have your purple student ID card with you.
More services
In addition to all the above, we also provide a faxing facility, details of how to join and be part of Demon Media, Sports & Societies, ISA and how to get your NUS Extra card.
So to find out about your Students’ Union, please come and visit us on the first floor of the Campus Centre Building!
We accept payments by cash, credit/debit cards and cheques. Please note that there is an additional 40p charge on ANY card transaction and the following details are required on the back of a cheque - card number, expiry date and cheque guarantee amount. Without these details the cheque WILL NOT be accepted.
