► DSU Strategic Plan

Our master plan is the organisation's long term strategy.

DSU holds and aspires to achieve our mission and values in everything we do, whether its our elections to a night in our venue.

Our mission is as follows:

DSU is a student led and student focused organisation. We aim to represent, inspire and involve our members to enhance their university experience.

Our values are:

Community - Be the focal point for social, cultural and recreational activities.
Democracy - To represent and empower our members.
Fun - To enhance the social experience.
Growth - To aid our members and the and the organisation as a whole to grow and develop.
Quality - Raising our standards and the standards of the University.

In order to do this we have created our master plan. We will continually review and improve our plans and the aims and objectives within them to aspire to achieve our aim.

At any point you can tell us how we are doing and feed into reviewing our master plan.
