► DSU Structure And Representation

DSU is structured to ensure we can hear your voices at every level. With over 20,000 members our structure uses elected representatives to hear your views and run the union on your behalf.

You can run for positions during your time available and make the impact that you want.

Trustee Board	The Trustee Board ensure the governance and long-term strategy of DSU.
Executive Committee	Made up of full time elected representatives. The Executive Committee enacts the work of the trustee board on a day to day basis.
Student Council	Student Council discusses and decides on policies that the union should adopt. It will also scrutinise the work of the Executive Officers.
Student Representatives	Student Representatives are members elected by their peers to represent students' learning and teaching issues at course level.
Faculty Representatives	Faculty Representatives are members elected by their peers to represent students' learning and teaching issues at a faculty level.
